The image of the mighty Sphinx and the pyramids epitomise Egypt. They are probably two of the most identifiable monuments in the world. The enigmatic Sphinx looking out to the horizon watching for the sunrise and basking in its warmth; the mighty pyramids - Khufu's pyramid is still the largest stone building in the world.

Nothing can prepare one for seeing these monuments in "the flesh" so to speak. A must for any visit to Egypt.
